gulf Air My flight from Tunisia with flight no. QR1400 16 JAN fron TUNISIA To DOHA HAMAD with boarding pass no. 1505 . Then next flight from DOHA HAMAD QR570 that is full so I can't take then I came from another flight which is from DOHA to Baharain with flight no. QR1102 . Then I get a flight from gulf AIR which is from BAHARAIN to DELHI with flight no.GF134. So kindly send my luggage to Indra Gandhi International Airport .

I'm writing to share a very bad experience flying with Gulf Air. We had 4 passengers flying from CCJ to London Heathrow on 06/03/2024. It was clearly mentioned on the booking details that 1pc of 23kg was including for my son. (please find the attached booking confirmation) During checkin Gulf Air Staff demanded extra payment for excess luggage and mentioned that my son is below 3year, so only 15kg is allowed. This was something different from what was mention on our booking confirmation. To make hassle free travel we paid an additional amount of INR11,192.00. I really want to make a statement that the mistake is on Gulf Air that your website and booking confirmation gives wrong information to the passengers and grabbing money from them at the last minute of travel. We have attached the receipt of payment for your reference. Kindly we request you to reference the documents and issue refund for the same amount we paid.

And her laggage. Is left in Bahrain..we dont understand...about. I thought that if someone with her flight at the same time and distination.. I can take her laggage in manila.. And im sad to say that all my ducuments inside her baggage sir maam if you allowed me... To get her baggage I want to retrieve her in kwait... So i get my emportant papers inside... Im. Hi, I am writing to you with an extremely heavy heart as my experience with Gulf Air has been nothing but *** This was my first time flying with Gulf Air and I was excited about it, from the day I booked my ticket I've had so many problems but I let all that go. But what I'm about to share is not something anyone can let go of, I am moving countries so I decided to take a lot of my stuff home. I had three cardboard cartons with dimensions 50 cm H * 45cm W *45cm L, l wasn't sure if the dimensions would be allowed therefore I called Gulf Air to ask about the dimensions and they told me they're fine and I have nothing to worry about. I called Gulf air so many times to reconfirm as I am an anxious person, I also wanted proof, therefore I recorded the calls and took screenshots of Gulf air agents confirming that my box sizes are good to go, one such example I've already sent you. My nightmare started today when I reached the airport around 6 am and was denied boarding as my box's height was 15 cm more, I was at a loss for words as after confirming at least 10 times I was told I couldn't board the flight. I have never once in my life faced a nerve-wracking situation like this before, I begged and cried for hours and called Gulf airways and my booking agent even though it was not their fault. I just couldn't leave my luggage stranded at the airport that I paid £310 for! I called Gulf airways Bahrain now and I also have the audio recording of the agent saying it was NOT MY FAULT and the boxes were acceptable. But even after telling me it's not my fault they're giving me a hard time and asking me to talk to my agent, who refused to help as according to them it's Gulf air's fault which I 100% believe it is. I was stranded at the airport not able to travel back to my home as I left my home and gave my keys to the landlord. After crying and breaking down for an hour I finally went to an Airbnb and now instead of helping me sort out what your airways put me through I'm being tossed from Gulf airways to my booking agent. Please tell me what's my fault and why am I going through fierce *** and emotional turmoil to make sure several times that the dimensions are fine before travelling. Gulf air isn't trustworthy, I want this to be resolved soon and for me to travel back safely ASAP without spending what I've already spent (ticket and extra baggage). I am requesting you please take action soon as I can't keep paying to live here when I'm already struggling financially mentally, physically and emotionally. Once again, I have all the proofs and if you want I can send them all. I am asking for a free-of-cost date change and the luggage allowance I have already paid for, If not then please refund me the entire sum which includes my ticket (GBP 316) and the excess baggage cost (GBP 310) with compensation to avoid legal action.
